Master Player Training
The Blum Master Player training is designed for educators who wish to consciously develop their play competence and move confidently within the pedagogical world of the artistic play space.
At the center of the training are connection, the artistic play space, and the educator’s presence. Participants experience how storytelling, movement, music, and creative play can become the natural environment for children’s cognitive and emotional development.
The program is structured in three consecutive levels. The training modules remain the same at each level, but they appear at progressively higher levels of professional and personal competence.

The aim of the first level is to help educators begin to play confidently with the tools of the arts and rediscover their own playfulness.

This level represents a safe and joyful exploration of the artistic play space.

Master Player II.

At this level, participants are able to lead more complex artistic play situations.
